• The surface onto which a design is projected.

• Installation position and angle.

• Vehicle dimensions and configuration.

Product photographs and videos may be taken in conditions designed to demonstrate the product clearly.

We may modify, discontinue or replace products at any time, subject to fulfilling existing orders and our obligations under applicable law.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit the quantity of products available for purchase, including during launches, promotions and periods of high demand.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include a refund for the unavailable item.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, contact Soul Fresh AF as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled where we are able to stop the order before dispatch or fulfilment has progressed too far to reasonably cancel it.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy applies to products after dispatch.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered at checkout.

Payment options available to you will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information.

We are not responsible for additional charges imposed independently by your bank, card provider or payment service.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider and provide any remedy you are entitled to.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

Soul Fresh AF does not offer returns or refunds solely for change of mind.

Our door projection lights include a 180-day voluntary warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of delivery.

This voluntary warranty is additional to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law and does not replace or restrict those rights.

11. INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for following the installation, charging, care and usage instructions supplied with our products.

Before installing a product, ensure the installation surface is suitable, properly cleaned, dry and prepared.

Products must only be used for their intended purpose.

Incorrect installation, modification, misuse or failure to follow supplied instructions may result in damage and may affect coverage under our voluntary warranty.

Nothing in this section limits liability or remedies where they cannot legally be limited.

12. IP67 RATING

Where a product is specifically advertised as IP67 rated, that rating applies under the conditions relevant to the IP67 classification.

An IP67 rating should not be interpreted as permission to deliberately or unnecessarily submerge the product or use it outside its intended operating conditions.

Customers should follow all supplied care and usage instructions.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content created or owned by Soul Fresh AF on our website and marketing channels—including our branding, original photography, videos, graphics, website content and written material—is owned by or licensed to Soul Fresh AF.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or use our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Country names, national symbols, cultural imagery and other third-party material appearing in our products or marketing are not claimed as the exclusive property of Soul Fresh AF merely because they appear on our website.

For customers in Australia, products and services may be subject to guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
